Our sample shelves are an upgraded version of single-sided perforated backboards, double-sided perforated backboards, suitable for placement in supermarket aisle positions, and can be used with end shelves. Customers can choose suitable hole types according to their own needs. Our general hole types include small round holes, universal holes, and five hole holes.

Q3: What is your delivery time?

A: Around 15 days. It depends on the order quantity, order date and shelving design.

Q4: What is the term of payment?

A: Payment terms: For order <=USD3000.00, 100% T/T in advance. For order >USD3000.00, 30% of deposit upon order confirmation,and balance will be paid before shipment.

Q5: Are samples available?

A: Yes, regular samples are available. Customized sampling is also supported. Reasonable sample cost will be charged and refund in the next bulk order. Sample freight is by your side.

Q6: How could I install the racks?

A: Detailed installation guide will be provided. Our engineers can also teach you freely.

Q7: Could you produce customers”” design?

A: Sure, we have abundent experience in customized shelves.

Q8: What are main rack and add on rack?

A: The difference between the two racks is upright. Main rack is the start rack with 2 uprights and add on rack is the continued rack with 1 upright only. For example, if there are 10 wall racks, the overall structure will be 1 main rack+ 9 add on racks.

Q9: What is the packing way?

A: Generally, it is knockdown package, bubble films for uprights and beams, cartons for other parts. Or customized package safe for long-distance transportation.
